Mutley Baptist Church Accommodation List Policy.
Mutley Baptist Church generally is willing to accept entries of accommodation to let or wanted for display in the church premises and distribution to enquirers.
However, Mutley Baptist Church does not accept any responsibility for verifying any of the details, or for giving character references for the landlord or the tenant or for the quality of accommodation advertised or the service provided.
It is the responsibility of the landlord to inform the church office when their accommodation has been let, so that it can be deleted from the list.
It is the responsibility of the person needing accommodation to inform the church office when they have found accommodation, so that their entry can be deleted from the list.
Entries are accepted for a three-month period. After this time they will be deleted unless the landlord or person needing accommodation contacts the church office to request an extension.
